請問各位熱心人:
1. 從學術界轉工業界 (H1-b), 是不是隻是公司收到提交H1-b的發票就可以上班了?
-Yes. But if your H1 transfer is apporved before Oct. 1, you need to stop working and then, work again beginning on Oct.1 when the 工業界H1 is effective.

2. 現在還有H1-b名額，是不是說可以隨時申請，不用等?
-Correct.

3. 另外想問一下那些過來人(從學術界的postdoc轉工業界),你們都是什麽時候告訴你們的老板,你要跳槽了?
-Normally one month.
