Thank you very much.
For for first question, I did bot include my son f-2 reinstatemnt. Before I filed my I-539, the international center told me I did not do that and they can not print my son's new F-2 I-20. Ont I-539, they told me only imply myself application, becasue they tolf my If I get reinsatement, my son will get reinstatement automatilly, I follow their instruction. They told me no way to do anything for my son's F-2, but this happen when my son's F-1 application got denied, that they do not know.
So it get so confused.
-Your son does not need to get a new i-20 and I-539 for the f2 reinstatement, but just put his name in your I-20 (Dependent part) and the I-539 (Supplement-1 part) and indicate in these two forms that he requests the F2 reinstatement with your f1 reinstatement. No extra form or extra fee are needed for his f2 reistatement if it is along with your f1 reinstatement. Then, after you get the F1 reinstated, he will also get the F2 reinstatment approval notice.
If my son leave USA, do USCIS know? becasue he sumitted I-94 card and no i-94 to give when leave this country. How to let USCIS kowe he left USA without hand in I-94 when leave .
-He can provide the I-94 copy to the airlines. If he does not have the copy, keep the airticket, boarding card, and the copy of the entry to China stamp on his passport and do something as suggested as this article
