父母有綠卡, 現有急事要回國, 可能要在國內待6個月以上. 急問:

1. 是否要回美證才能保證>6個月離開後仍能入境?
-Not need reentry permit (回美證) if they will return to US within one year.

2. 現在申請回美證要多久批下來?
-about 3 months.
有否加急服務? Infopass local office 可以嗎?
-No.
3. 沒拿到回美證前是否可離境, 等我們收到後快遞給他們?
-Yes, but they need to do the fingerprinting before they leave.

4. 象這樣的情況有否其他建議?過來人的經驗?
