863211 and Pjiang , mistake about visa application in peijing

Hi,863211 and Pjiang
I made a big mistake for my mom B2 visa application appointment in Beijing. I called the Visa Information Call Center this morning.The service Chinese lady asked information about my mom.Maybe I didn't wake up, I provided the wrong information about the truth that my mom visa app was denied by U.S embassy 5 years ago. T told them she has never applied for a US visa. I just realized this mistake now and want to ask
1. How can I do ? After I made appointment I bought the round trip tickets for my mom to Beijing.
2.Will this wrong information affect my mom visa application?
