485 pending 180後，換工作問題

現在是485pending 180天後了，剛收到renew的EAD卡，現在要換工作，有幾個疑問：
新employer需要重新貼廣告麽？重新招聘麽，會否被audit，因為經濟不景氣，新的employer會否被移民局審查，為何不雇用美國人之類的？
new employer 需要file什麽文件？
隻用新的EAD就可以了麽，再到期怎麽辦，用新的employer申請麽？
原有的485pending, 和新的employer 有什麽關係麽？
