如果可以的話，到什麽階段才可以，必須到140批了？PERM 批了，I-140 沒批能走麽？
-As long as you have not filed I-485 yet, you can stay outside US for any length of time. You even do not need to pay the income tax to US IRS, but you may pay the tax to the country where you work.

還有，可以走多久，短於一年，還是多年也可以？
-Fine for as many years as you want to if you have no pending I-485.
