Thanks for your help and answering my question before.
Let me repeat my condition first. I have two I485 (call LIN485 and SRC485) on the same I140.
-What you indicated is the receipt number, not A#.

And received fingerprint notice for SRC485.

I went to fingerprint and talked to immigration offficer.

1. She check my I485s in the system. My two I485 were given the same A# that is the A# on my I140.

2. She suggest me to make appointment for infopass to cancle one I485.

My question is

1. Since I have same A# for both I485, seems I don't have multiple A# issue. Am I correct?
-Correct.

2. I already used EAD to work for two years. The A# is from LIN485. Will I have trouble.
-Fine.

3. In this case, what will happen to my EAD renew. I applied to renew the EAD two mothes ago. To renew the EAD, I need to attach LIN485 and also need to fill the A# on the renew form. In my case, I have to fill my A# of my LIN485.
-Nothing will affect your EAD renewal.

Do you think my EAD will be delayed if they notice the A# I filled is a empty number?
-You need to fill your A# in the application form. The A# is not related to the USCIS Service Center if you have the same A# in the your two I-485. The A# in your I-485 receipt is like this format: "A12 345 678" which is in the APPLICANT item showing your name and the A# there on the receipt.

Will they just put LIN485 A# ( based on my application) or just put my correct A# on my EAD card.

4. In order to avoid delay of my EAD renew, I want to go for infopass after I got the EAD card. Am I correct? Any suggestion.
-You can do it any time you want to.

5. Will my greencard application be delayed?
-No.
I think may not be since I don't have multiple A#? Any suggestion?
