My petition for I-140 under EB1A was approved, now I am planning to
I-485 for permanent residence.
But my H1B visa will be expired in the end of this year,my H1B visa started from Feb. 2006.

During my application of GR, could I extend my H1B visa,
-Yes.
how many years I can hold H1B visa before I get GR
-The left 6 year duration plus one year due to your I-140 approval. It is two years and 2 months?
