回複：I485體檢報告問題，緊急求助！謝謝！

準備替老婆提交I485。早先在廣州和睦家醫院拿到一卷用大信封封裝的東西，以為是體檢報告。昨天才發現，這隻是一份胸透的底片。老婆說體檢報告簽證時（當時是K1簽證）給了簽證官了。簽證通過後退回一大堆以前提交的材料，但是沒有發現體檢報告。難道是廣州領事館留下了或者遺失了？老婆的I-94在9月6日過期，有點心急。懇請老師們和有經驗的朋友們幫嗎給個建議，我怎麽做比較好？
1、有可能讓廣州和睦家醫院重新出一份體檢報告寄過來嗎？
-Not need.

2、填I-693表，重新在美國體檢？
-Yes. I-485 filing only accept the phyicsal exam done in US. But she may use some item result from the one she did in China. Show the 體檢報告 to the Dr. and the Dr. may take some items result for use in the I-693.

3、先交I-485，以後補交體檢報告？
-Fine if you do not have enough time. Bu you had better provide all the documents at the same time to speed your case process.

還有其他更好的辦法嗎？
