Phone number to call for EAD inquiry

Hi,
My EAD card will expire in Sept. I submitted my EAD card newal application in June and received the receipt notice in July 1. I included everything with the previous card notice papaer, but still didn't see any status change on the web, just twice LUD. Is that strange? Should I make a call? Which number should I call? Thank you very much for the help.
