1。真的感謝以前的朋友的回複和幫助。

2。有點急，學校正幫申請H1B加快，還有不到20天的時間了，我的問題是，J-1 WAIVER， USCIS 批準，但是收不到批準信， 郵出好幾次都收不到， 怪了。我從 USICS 打出了我的批準的STATUS，和其它的相關信息，學校認可了，不知到時送到USCIS是不是認可，
-You may not need to use premium processing. After you file the h1 petition, if you get the J1 waiver approval notice, you just send it to USCIS and at the same time, use premium processing to get the H1 approved with sending the J1 waiver notice.

3。如 USCIS 要 REF，到時還沒有收到信，乍麽辦？，
-They will deny your H1 petition.

會有什麽後果， 有沒有補救的辦法。
-refile after you get the J1 waiver approval notice.
IN CASE，如有什麽不利的情況， 會不會對身份有影響，是不是可以再申請，還有F2， 會不會對他上學轉學生，有影響？
-You may need to get the f2 visa outside US.

4。 很奇怪，這個批準信收不到，但是改地址確認信都是能收到（3-4 DAYS）。 這個月初剛FILE 一個I-824 要求COPY， 看狀態說是23號郵出，不知收不收的到， 很急人。我想把這個事打出來將來附上去， 會不會有用。 因為責任不在我。
-Call USCIS to see what happened to your J1 waiver notice.

5。先保個身份，還是等H1有消息了再說，哪一個更好點？， 在OPT結束前， 想去當地社區大學保一個身份， 這樣可以合法的身份再等H1B？
-After you file the H1 petition (had better not use premium processing until you get the j1 waiver), you are legal to stay. Even if you do not file any thing, you still have 6o days grace period to stay. So, do not 去當地社區大學保一個身份.
