情況比較複雜
我的I-140批了，EB1A。打算遞485。先生在國內現在不方便出來，也不方便送孩子出來。
先生打算在國內再呆幾年，所以不著急辦綠卡。但是我們希望孩子明年暑假能出來讀書。

如果我的綠卡下來了，哪種渠道或簽證能讓孩子明年暑假出來的可能性大？
-Technically, your kid can apply for the B2 visa to enter US, but I am not sure whether the VO will give the kid trouble or not in the B2 application.

我拖著等到明年再遞485是一個好選擇嗎？
-Up to you. It is fine if you do not have status problem (job secure).

我原來打算在我遞485的同時，給他們遞824，讓他們在國內慢慢辦，但是怕孩子到時候來不了（據說需要大概2年）。

laura9126建議能不能將來他們持B2入境？我想如果那時候我的綠卡批下來了，就算他們持B2入境後，想拿綠卡的話，是不是就需要走I-130的移民簽證了？
-Not need to file I-130. They can file the I-485 directly within US. But the problem is that it may be difficult for them to get the B2 visa due to obvious immigration intent.

那樣就得排期，等很長時間吧？
-No 排期 for EB1 at least for a long time.

還有，像我們這種情況，B2簽證一般會好簽嗎？
-It depends on how lucky they care.

如果我現在給他們遞了824，他們就不能簽B2了吧？
-Correct.
