I went to the local USCIS with an info pass to check my status. They told me that they would not process my file until next fiscal year, although I've met the PD cut off date (EB3, July 2003).
-Maybe there are too many cases in lines for approval. By the way, the next FY is only one month to go, so you do not need to worry.

There is no issue about my case and I've passed the interview already. I'm totally confused.
