回複：485pending期間派駐海外工作

現處在485pending期間，如有機會被公司派駐海外工作半年至一年，一定需要改成CP嗎？
-I do not think you need to do that, especially your PD has long way to go to be current. But pay attention to any correspondence (e.g. RFE, fingperinting, etc.) from USCIS during you are outside US.

因為是中國的EB3，排期還早，估計一年之內排期也到不了，而且打算海外一年幹滿還回美國原公司等著。可行嗎？對485處理會有什麽影響嗎？
