我現在的H1B在5年的時候到期，PERM pending已經超過了兩年。請問renew H1B的時候
是隻可以延6年中剩下的一年？

還是可以在這一年的基礎上再加因為PERM pending超過一年所允許的一年，一共兩年。也就是可不可以leftover？
-Correct. You can extend for another two years with the PERM receipt in your case.

BTW,有人有DIY H1B renew的流程嗎？比如步驟，填什麽表

-Same procedure/requirements as you did before. Just need to indicate in the cover letter to justify you are qualified to extend one year more beyond the 6 year h1 limit.
