LD申請綠卡，07年我作為副申請人提交485，後獲得返美證，工卡。

現在我的H1B需要renew,律師說我處於轉換身份期間，renew H1B需要上述文件的複印件，請問他的要求是否正常？
-If you used AP to travel, you need to provide the copies of the AP, AP I-94 and I485 receipt. Otherwise, not need.
