急問　863211　和各位，　California USCIS CENTER moved?

I filed I-539 for reinstate my F-1 to USCIS California center last week. The letter should be delivered last Saturday BY USPS. But this morning, I found my ketter was still processed by USPS, but after arriving in California, the letter wes sent to TX (zip code:75099).
So I went to USPS ask them why, they told me USCIS California center was moved to TX. It seems the USPS was pretty sure about the moving of USCIS California center.

Do you know they moved? OR ***** has the same experience?
