我現在妻子的綠卡身份是通過她前次婚姻獲得的，請問

她可以為我（H1b）申請配偶綠卡嗎？注意到I-130上提到如果the petitioner的綠卡是通過前次婚姻獲得的，那麽"The petitioner need to establish by clear and convincing evidence that the prior marriage through which you gained your immigrant status was not entered into for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws"，那麽什麽樣的證據才是clear and convincing evidence呢？我自己也可以申請EB2，可是要等更長的時間，所以才想到婚姻綠卡這個途徑。先在此表示感謝！！
