485 pending期間結婚, 準備當排期到時,給他遞綠卡申請. 未查到相關帖子, 自備了一個材料清單. 請大家把把關. 也許對類似境況的申請者亦有幫助.

- no criminal record in china
- notarized birth Certificate(s) (with translation)
- copy of his Passport
- copy of his Prior Visa Petitions, EAD copy (needed?)
- his I-94 Copy (needed?)
- 2 Photos
- I-693 medical exam form
- G325A
- affidavit of support (what is this? his employment letter? Or my employment letter? Or some I-134 form?)
- copy of my I-140 approval
- any 485 pending proof should be provided? What can be used as the proof?
- Marriage Certificate

- I-765 form
- 2 Photos
- his passport copy

- I-131 form
- 2 photos
- his passport copy

我有幾個問題
1. 我的485 申請是幾年前遞的. 因而485申請材料中的employment letter, past visa petitions, I-94, degree copies, tax form etc 都是我的. 也都於幾年前遞了. 那現在他遞申請還需要這些材料嗎? 不應是他的對應材料吧?
2. 清單中所列材料除了140approval外都是他的. 沒錯吧? 需要列些我的材料嗎?
3. 需要列什麽證明我的485pending status 的嗎?
4. 針對我們的情況(pending期間結婚), 除了marriage certificate以外, 還需要什麽特別的嗎?
