謝謝PJANG老師對我前麵問題的回答. 可能VP弄錯了. 後來給人事部打電話, 公司人事部講那2萬美元是整個辦綠卡的費用.

公司目前財務比較緊張, 正在猶豫是否為我申請綠卡. 後來我跟公司協商, 能否由我自己支付辦綠卡的費用.
但公司人事部說, PERM辦綠卡, 兩年前有立法規定必須由雇主支付PERM辦綠卡的所有費用, 不知是否屬實?
-The employer is required to pay the attorney's fee and the advertisement fee for preparing, filing and obtaining the PERM labor certification based on DOL policy.
But USCIS does not require the employer to pay for the attorney fee or filing fee for the I-140 petition.
Of course, the I-485 filing fee is paid by the employee because it is irrelevant to the employer.
Many employees just pay all the fee and who care?
