剛剛在網上查到我媽visa延期被拒，還沒收到mail，可是明天要帶我媽和全家去hawaii度假，請問在機場會不會有麻煩？
-Hawaii still belongs to U.S. and I think she will be OK (no visa reqiured).

還有延期被拒，還能不能重新申請？
-重新申請 What? If she thinks USCIS made mistake to deny the extension applciation, she can file motion to reopen (MTR) the case, but if the MTR is denied, her lawyful presence will be counted from the date when her B2 extension was denied. Also, normally it is very difficult for a person to win the MTR for B2 denial.

Of course, if you are a US citizen, you may just file the GC applicaiton for your mother no matter whether she is out of status or not. Otherwise, she had better leave US after the B2 extension is denied.
