回複：政治庇護pending中，如何轉向親屬移民？

各位大師，
我以前持B2簽證來往美國和大陸多次，有延期過，但基本都沒什麽問題。最後一次逾期逗留，當時聽說可以申請政治庇護，以保住在美的合法身份，就委托一律師辦理，麵試沒過，好像轉到移民法庭，目前還在Pending中。
現在由於女兒身份調整，可以幫我申請辦理綠卡，不知該如何辦理？怎麽才能取消政治庇護的申請？

如果現在通知我去上法庭，我可以取消不去嗎？
