想要一份我以前遞交的移民材料的複印件

我想要一份我以前遞交的移民材料的複印件(原來的丟了),請問在哪可以得到?網上可以嗎?
是不是使館掃描所有的材料?前麵有人提到FOIA申請,那好象是美國的把?怎麽申請,肯定有效嗎? 因為它是收費的.
