加拿大公民，關於如何更新h1b 797 form?

現在在美工作。 前是中國公民的時候，得到h1B, 797 form.

現在是加拿大公民，好像有不同格式的797。至少上麵顯示加拿大國籍

需要填寫什麽表格？寄給uscis嗎

需要律師幫忙填寫嗎
