1. 拿到GC後，多久才能申請公民呢？
-Five years if your GC is EB category.

2. 替美國公司在國內上班， 工資在美國開，所謂的expat, 工作年數算不算在申請公民須等待時間內呢？
-After you get your GC, you need to come back to US to get the Reentry Permit (RP) and file N-470. Read the N-470 and I-131 Instructions for more details.
