請問485的相關問題？Application Type。 A or B？

我的485已經批準。
我老婆的J1 WAIVER 剛下來，想給她遞。

請問 在 Application Type中，我該選A還是B？

a. An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved.

b. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children.

A 還是 B， 請指教。
