我現在H1第6年，今年9月30日到期。同時EB3（PD2/12/2004）07年FILE的140批準，485Pending中。太太持H4在美，但沒來的及File485。她在中國簽證的時候簽證官可能搞錯了，給的有效期一直到2012年的七月份。進海關的時候I94上也給填上了相同的有效期。
現在看來9月30日以前我的EB3排期不太可能會Current了。那我的太太該如何保持身份一直到排期Available？（不太想renewH1了）
-Because your I-140 was approved, you can extend your status beyond the H1 6 year limit for another three years and do it again and again until your PD is current. You can ask your employer to extend your H1 status for another 3 years now, then your wife also can extend her H4 status with you together. Your wife's H4 status duration is the same as your H1. She can not take the advantage of the I-94 mistake made by the CBP.
