兒子８月１９日大學開學， I５３９ 轉換身份已遞２個半月。至今無任何音信。不知時間還來得及？ 真是著急啊！

請問８６３２１１和PIJIANG，怎樣詢問USCIS CASE的處理情況，或者讓USCIS 加快處理。
