Response of service request from USCIS. Is it normal?

My PD is June 13, 2003. EB3. I am still waiting.
I have made a service request on July 9, 2010. Today receive the letter from USCIS. Details is as follows;

Based on your request we researched the status of your I-485 case. We are actively processing this case. Hovever, we have to perform additional review on this case and this caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 to 120 days from the date of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below.

Is any person receive this kind of response ?
Is it a normal standard response?
