我是07年放開時遞交的485，後來結婚，我是主申請人，現在等著EB2排期到了遞交老婆的485，隻差幾個月了，律師助理說我排期一到第一天就要把老婆的485寄到移民局，晚一點都可能被移民局退件。這種說法對嗎？
-Your wife needs to send the I-485 within that month when the PD is current in case the PD turns abck again. As long as USCIS receive the I-485 in that month, it will be OK.

排期到了，可不可以等一兩個月再遞？會被退件嗎？
-The PD is current only for one month. If the PD turns back and you did not file in that month, you can not file I-485, otherwise 會被退件.


因為我在考慮換工作，轉換H-1/H-4需要三個月（新公司拒絕遞加急）。當需要給老婆交485時，很可能新的H-1/H-4的Approval notice還沒有下來。
-Not need this document if it is still pending.

這又是申請485要提供的材料。
-Just provide whatever documents related to her status when she files I-485. Not need to provide the pending H4 document and not need to wait for its approval.
