EAD 延期

EAD申請延期，馬上就要過期了還沒有收到批準，卻收到通知說我忘了交照片。趕緊特快寄去，經查昨天已經寄到了。請問如這般補交材料還需要等多長時間才能處理呢？如果網上查到已經批準，一般多長時間可以收到EAD卡？ 是不是必須等到收到卡才可以工作呢？心急如焚，多謝各位大俠！！！
