“The USCIS Service Centers will forward incorrectly filed Form I-131 applications to the USCIS Lockbox facilities for 30 days, until Monday, April 19, 2010. After April 19, 2010, incorrectly filed applications will be returned to the applicant, with a note to send the application to the correct location.”
--This information was issued at the beginning of USCIS change of the filing address and it si out of date.

所以如果現在 I-131 AP 寄錯地方的是肯定都會被退回來，那我想馬上寄一個新的去正確的地址，但又有些怕第一次的被好心處理了，然後check被cash....:
-Technically, your application should be returned to you, but it is normal that sometimes USCIS just forward this kind of application to the correct address. So, just wait for a couple of weeks (2 weeks around) to see whether your check is cashed. if no, you just call USCIS to see whether your case is put in their system. If they can not find it in the system, you just file a new one.
