Then, they just go to US with you and get the H4 I-94 at the port of entry using your H1 approval notice (not need to get the H4 visa). Then, they can file the I-485 together with your EB1 I-140 and I-485 within US. This is the best way. If all of you want to use consular processing, that is also fine. It may take 6 to one year to get the immigration visa. Just indicate in the I-140 that you will get the immigration visa in Canada using consular processing in this case.
