有關H1B Transfer的疑問

我最近找到了一家更好的公司並且同意H1B Transfer.我的TRANSFER應該絕對沒有問題,因為我是相同領域,相同的JOB TITLE轉換．我現在的困惑的問題是，照規定，我要向現在的雇主提前２個星期辭職，但是我應按再什麽時候說的，是等我的Ｈ１Ｂ轉換好了之後說，還是提起可以說？如果轉換好了再說，那其實已經來不及了，因為我認為一旦轉換好了，我就不能再為老的雇主工作了，如果還沒有轉換好就說，我有可能從老的雇主辭職後，新的還沒轉換好，那我不是非法居留了？我感到很困惑，因為一般在美國辭職，都要２星期前通知現在的雇主，交接工作．可是，我要Ｈ１Ｂ轉換，好象太早說也不好，太晚說也不好，大家都殺怎麽處理的？我相信肯定也有人轉換過Ｈ１吧？
