回複：外甥B2簽證，簽證官要我的F1簽證複印件和綠卡律師的解釋

外甥轉述的：
“他提出這樣幾個問題：
1、簽證官看到那個AOS的（一張表，申請綠卡的那張），問“舅舅請的律師是加州小城市的” （？他原話），“而舅舅人住在明尼蘇達州”，他希望舅舅通過傳真（或者其他聯係方式） 向簽證官“說明一下”（解釋一下，具體內容不知道？！）。
-Explain to the visa officer that the lawyer has the license to deal with the immigration case in any states in US including your state. That is why you can hire this lawyer to reprensent you for your case.

2、簽證官還是要求舅舅能有美國的有效簽證，不管是學生時候的還是現在的，具體要什麽他 也說不清楚，他說他也不知道舅舅是如何簽證的，反正就是要有效簽證。”

我準備把我的F1簽證，I-20的複印件發到使館，同時附上一份我在美國簽證移民曆史清單以及我們雇傭的律師的情況說明。
-Good! Include your any change of status approval notice with the I-94 such as H1, etc.

在這個說明裏我應該強調那些信息？
-Explain and provide what the visa officer wants.
