回複：請問各位大俠： 如何對待H1B延期中的公司搬遷（address change）

5月申請的LCA, 6月遞的H1B延期，
公司最近要搬到20英裏以外的新地點， 地屬另一州郡。

請問該如何處理該狀況，

1. 已遞交的LCA在換州郡以後還有效嗎？
-No.

2. 有什麽表需要遞交以報告地址變動嗎？

3. 如果H1B批準信於搬遷前收到，是否仍需要報告？
-After your H1 is approved, your employer needs to file an H1 amendment because the LCA in the H1 petiton does not cover the new company location/address.
