They said no 485 receipt but I did include one. I am going to send everything again. Please help. I have a couple of questions.


1. Should I do efile or paper-file? Which one may be better?

2. Do I need to re-file I765?
- You may use the one returned or a new one

3. For the question in I765: Results of your last application, should I say Denied and attach the rejection notice?
- no, it does not count
