Ask 863211 and other daxia: Relink question

My hu*****and and I have 485 pending based on my EB2(PD is not current). We had interview on 11/2009, but no any furhter answer yet. My hu*****and has applied EB1 recently and got approved.

1) Which center I need contact? TSC or National benefit office or local office about relink approved EB1 to 485?

2) My empolyer will submit H1 (beyond 6 years) for me in a couple of weeks, do I need wait my H1 approved(will use PP)?
