Sorry, out of topic. Pls help on IME. In need to r & w Chinese.

Dell PC crashed. It didn't come with CD that I can install East Asia languages. Went to MS website and downloaded IME. However, the Chinese simplied font is very hard to read(Maybe it's SimSun? Not sure. Looks like written by brush).

Please suggest free download software to read and write Chinese. Thanks a bunch!!!!
