just wants to make a case for earning more money. The inconvenience with those so-called big companies is they always turn those immigration related questions to their attorney, even it is a very simple one. That is why I am kind of hesitate to take this offer in the beginning. My current employer(a consulting firm) is much flexible on those issues.

However, I may have to move ahead since they already started to work on my H-1 transfer.
