請問：為國內兄妹申請美國綠卡的步驟？本人是公民。
-You just need to file the I-130 based on the I-130 instructions. Then, wait for the National Visa Center (NVC) to contact you and send you teh Instructions, and then just follow the NVC instructions to provide the other materials.
