回複：H1b 回國問題請教

我第一個三年H1B到8月中到期，換地到別的地方新的H1B還沒開始申請（正在找新工作），最近想回國一趟，如果check的話（我check的可能性非常大）即使clear了，舊H1B也過期（新的還沒拿到），

我這種情況，想請教怎麽能最近回去一趟，又能安全的返回？多謝指點！急！
