關於EB1b的claim, 求大家的建議

剛開始準備EB1b，單位的律師已經發了話不會幫著準備材料。廢寢忘食在版上學
習，收益頗多。但是回過頭來看自己的case, 還是拿不準，請大俠們指教我應該怎麽
claim。先多謝了！

我的情況：
1. 醫學碩士（國內的）
2. 來美4＋年，一直在同一個實驗室工作，職位剛夠EB1b
3. 文章：英文一作4篇，IF都在3－4（羞愧一把），有2篇2008年發的，citation 有
33（25＋8），另2篇2009年發的，目前還沒有citation。 英文2作等有3篇，可惜都是
2009年發的，隻有1個citation。會議文章若幹（不知道有用否？），中文文章有8篇，
citation 16。 一共50 （繼續羞愧ing）。
4. 獲獎： 06年有個中國教育部的一等獎（第12完成人）；08年有個現在工作單位的
poster比賽一等獎。
5. review：隻有2個雜誌共3篇review。都是英文雜誌，一個在歐洲，IF隻有1分左右
，另一個在美國，剛發行的雜誌，暫時還沒有分值。
6. membership: 2個。 SigmaxiO ；另外一個是研究領域內的一個協會。

其他的就找不到了。
我的問題：
1. 我qualify EB1b 嗎？
2. 我真正有citation的文章隻有4篇，其他沒有citation文章需要寫嗎？尤其是中文文章
3. 我怎樣claim 比較好？這是我現在最憂心的，覺得每一條都不強。國內的那個教育
部的獎有用嗎？
