We contacted congressman's office for the case assistance recently, EB2, 09/30/2005. This is for my hu*****and's case, I am the primary applicant, me and my daughter got approval in 2007. However my hu*****and's is still pending. We received following reply letter:
His fingerprints were done 06/11/10 and have cleared. The file is currently in transit to the exams section so that it can be assigned to an examiner for review/adjudication. He should receive a decision or other notice of action within 90 days after the case is assigned to an examiner.
It is strange because he never did Fingerprints on 06/11/10, we got the email mentioned his fingerprints is expired and will send us a new appointment notice, but never receive it. He did three FP so far, last time is in Nov, 2008. Did anybody has similar experience, what does this letter mean? or they just made a mistake?
Thanks for the help.
