回複：加拿大公民h1簽證問題

我目前在美國以h1身份工作，在境內申請拿到797A, 就是有i-94的那種h1b approval notice.

最近計劃回中國一趟，想請教一些問題

1）在回國時，是否需要上交i-94白卡？
-Not need. The I-94 card for a Canadian citizen is multiple years, not one time I-94 of other country citizens.

2）是否需要到多倫多申請回美國的h1b簽證？
-Not need. Just show your passport, the H1 I-94 and the H1 approval notice to the CBP officer when you come back. You may bring the recent 3 month paycheck stubs with you in case.

3）申請h1b簽證的時候是否會有背景調查
