回複：幾個幫父母申請綠卡的初步問題, thanks a lot!!

先謝謝各位的回複，

１） 我今年預計８月份拿到公民， 之後想馬上給父親申請綠卡， 父親持B1簽證，想問在給父親申請綠卡過程中，父親需要全部呆在美國嗎，還是中途可以回國？
-If your father files his I-485 with your I-130 before his B2 status expires, he can apply for the AP to travel to China during teh I-485 pending.

遞交申請後，在等到結果前，若父親簽證慢慢過期， 可以嗎？
-Yes.

２）我估計９月份就徹底回國生活和工作，父親將和姐姐在美住幾個月，但是由我替父親申請綠卡，這樣會有問題嗎？
-You had better come back and accompany your father for the immigration interview later.

３）替父母申請綠卡大致現在要多長時間？
-^ months to one year.

４） 我該替父親填哪個伸請表？
-You file I-130 and I-864; your father files I-485, I-131 (for AP for travel), I-765 (option, it is for EAD used for work, SSN or ID) and G-325A.
