我們準備讓女兒去墨西哥Tijuana簽證（現H4簽F1）。如果簽到，就萬事大吉，回來以後她就是學生身份，完全和我們分離了。如果簽不到，我們準備讓她持AP回來。
-You had better accompany your kid to Mexico for the visa application and use your H1 I-94 to come back. If your kid can not get teh F1, try to use her H4 I-94 to come back (some people say the CBP officer in the US-Mexico border is not strict in this issue).
If her H4 I-94 does not work, then use the AP and explain that your kid does not receive the I-485 denial notice yet if the officer question the AP and of course she can justify to the CBP officer that she will file the I-485 Motion to Reopen if she receive the I-485 after she returns to US.

照理說，485被拒，AP和EAD都被拒了。但是，PJiang的博客說，有30天的抗訴期。如果F1因為曾有485而被拒，我們就想用AP回來，並且回來後，真的就抗訴移民局，期望能爭取一點時間，讓女兒從AOS轉回來H4。請PJiang、863211和其他朋友們幫參謀參謀。
