綠卡體檢，PPD陽性，X-Ray沒有問題，醫生要求吃9個月的藥

請問大家如果不去衛生局領抗結核藥的話會有什麽後果，是不是申請綠卡會被拒絕。
抗結核的藥一般領一次多少錢。
有知道情況的回複一下，本人在此不甚感激。
