1，我就一直在猶豫拿H1的方式：選擇“H1b visa to be issued abroad”在國內大使館麵簽還是先用B1來回美國一次，下次入境後直接換身份為H1-Status。前者沒有違背當時申請B1時的承諾，但是我實在是擔心被拒；後者把握大，但是以後回國返簽會受到刁難。請再給些建議。
-Normally it is easy to get the H1 visa. Omly very few H1 visa application are denied, but you might be subjected to background check if your major is sensitive e.g. Nuclear science, chemistry, etc.
2， 如果我選擇“H1b visa to be issued abroad”，就涉及到遞交申請--申請批準--Visa到中國大使館---預約麵簽---再次入境的時間窗問題。收到批準申請後多久時間內必須到大使館麵簽？
-You can apply for the visa after the H1 petition is approved, or any time before the H1 is effective. But the H1 visa is only valid for 3 months, so you had better not apply for the visa earlier than 3 months before the H1 effective date.
好像H1隻能在生效期前10天入境吧，
-Correct. You can get teh visa in advance up to 3 months before that day.
萬一那個時候預約不上麵簽就慘了。
3，選擇“H1b visa to be issued abroad”後去麵簽是不是也隻會給3個月2次Entry的H1，
-Correct.
入境後就是H1-Status，那這個H1-Status的有效期從哪裏看到呢？
-The CBP officer will stamp your I-94 and indicate your H1 I-94/status duration based on your H1 approval notice. Normally the H1 status is 3 years.
這種情況能不能在遞交I-129時申請多年多次Entry？
-No for the people form Mainland China.
4，如果我先用B1來回美國一次，下次入境後直接換身份為H1-Status，還是有可能不給我新的I-94而要我回國再簽吧？
-You will get the new H1 I-94 with the H1 approval notice when you chnage your B2 status to H1. But if you visit China, you need to get the h1 visa to come back and it may be difficult for you to get it because of your chnage status from B2 to H1 as you concerned in the last post.
那就更慘了！！
