回複：有關h1b renewal的問題 from cap-exempt to cap-subject

本人2007年申請的h1b,由於那個時候還需要搖獎,而自己工作的地方又可以擦邊靠上
cap-exempt,於是就試著申請了,結果批了.

現在到renew的時候了,不知道這回能不能還擦上邊?

所以想問問各位高手: 當renew時,可以在不更換雇主的情況下重新申請一個cap-subject的h1b嗎?如果可以, uscis會不會去revoke我的current h1b呢?
